Fedrigoni is relaunching one of its most distinctive papers: Sirio Color, benchmark among coloured uncoated papers and known for its deep, vivid shades.
An expanded palette of coloured papers
This historic range has grown richer, bringing the total palette to 42 options. The fifteen newest additions span from rich red papers like Vivid Red, Ruby Wine and Sangria to cool-toned purple and blue papers like Moonrise Blue, Mirtillo and Lavanda, alongside muted papers like Duck Egg, Sale Rosa and Guava. From vibrant green papers like Oasis Green, Teal and Menta to earthy-inspired hues like Agave, Oliva and Senape.
19 shades (up from the initial 11) are now also available in a rough finish as part of the Sirio Color Rough line. All new products will be available in three weights: 115, 210 and 350 gsm to support different applications.
Alongside Sirio Color and Sirio Color Rough, the collection also includes Sirio White/White and Sirio Ultra Black, the latter made without the use of carbon black, like all the blacks of the series, and renowned for its lightfastness.

Harmonised lightfastness and sustainability
Among Sirio Color’s leading features has always been the use of selected fibres which guarantee long-term stability, which guarantee long-term stability. Lightfastness — the ability to resist fading from light exposure — also depends on fibres and on the careful choice of dyes and pigments. Ahead of the relaunch, lightfastness has been continually enhanced to harmonise it across the entire range, reinforcing Sirio Color’s position among Fedrigoni’s most distinctive specialty papers.
Sirio Colour is now manufactured with renewable energy. Certified biomethane replaces fossil natural gas, and, electricity from renewable sources, significantly reducing its cradle-to-gate carbon footprint. This reduced impact is measurable and transparent, thanks to dedicated Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) data that allow customers to quantify and communicate the real environmental impact of their projects.
