Dreaming big without being limited by gender stereotypes is sometimes difficult: meeting inspirational female role models can help teenage girls become aware of their potential and break down these brakes. This is the main goal of the partnership between Fedrigoni and NGO Inspiring Girls International: a project that, last year, brought the group’s female managers to a school in Milan to share their stories and dialogue with the pupils. In the coming months these creative workshops will also be held in some middle and high schools in Spain, France, Brazil and Chile, multiplying those in Italy, where the latest, a peculiar one, was held at Castello Sforzesco during the Festival del Disegno by Fabriano. Youtuber and illustrator @Fraffrog led a workshop pushing young teens to imagine a future free of prejudice and stereotypes through drawing and storytelling.
